I have lived at Planco Apartments for almost 10 years. New managementand and amazing Manager and Maintenance man.The only ... negative right now is the landscaping. A very lousy job is being done to our beautiful yards. Shrubs not being trimmed and the grass looks like the mower blades need sharpening. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful and is always available to assist with any concerns or maintenance requests. This is one of the best apartments in every way. Very clean, safe. Situated in a very nice place. You have everything nearby. ... You will never think of moving out or finding another place while you are staying here. You have everything you need. Maria in the Leasing office is awesome. She was very helpful from the time I moved in. Management is so good. They are always ready to help you if you ever need anything. You don't have to remind them about anything twice. If you need anything or any Maintenance, just let them know and they will schedule it right away and it will fixed in no time. There is 24/7 Maintenance available and they will answer your call for sure. They will let you know in advance by email and text message before any maintenance takes place. No surprises. Surroundings are well maintained. Neat and clean. Pools are well maintained. Flexible lease terms. Safe covered parking. Friendly neighbors. Polanco will always be my first go-to place to stay. So what can I say as a parent when it's time to let your son grow up and move out. The only problem I have is empty nesters ... syndrome but I know I placed my son in a beautiful new apartment which he just absolutely loves. Everyone there is pleasantly professional and naturally very nice. Down to earth nice, secure home living, clean, and most of all affordable. 5 stars simply for the customer service. We needed an emergency temporary apartment and stumbled upon Polanco. It wasn’t ... what we were used to, but I have to say, Maria is the best apartment manager I have ever come by. No luxury apartment’s staff can compare to her. She was so helpful anytime we needed anything and we could always count on her, this girl needs a promotion and acknowledgment. Good job!
